TS Triathlon is a new and innovative concept in the world of triathlon and endurance sports.  We have combined the knowledge and experience of a coaching company, with the resources of a club, and the reach of a race organizer.

TS Triathlon focuses on providing triathletes and endurance athletes with personalized, specialized, and periodized training to achieve their goals. By developing a personal relationship with our clients we create a unique atmosphere to fully experience the sport of triathlon, offering a wide variety of options to triathletes from monthly plans, critical assessments, specialized one-on-one training sessions, and packages.

Ironman Lake Placid 2014 – The Journey Begins

After an unbelievable weekend up in Lake Placid volunteering for the 2013 Ironman, Matt & Ryan took their first step in a long road to Ironman Lake Placid 2014.  We know its going to be a long tough year of training, but for now we are still riding the high of watching finishers celebrate as they crossed the finish line to become an Ironman!  Stay tuned for periodic updates on our training, and the ups and downs of the next year!

Studio owner Lisa Usherovich will lead you through a yoga class designed to introduce you to the benefits of yoga as a supplement to your training. Yoga is the perfect companion runners of all levels,  athletes of all sports, and fitness enthusiasts. Lisa’s class will cover yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques designed to help you perform better whether you are a novice, intermediate or pro athlete.

Increased Flexibility and Range of Motion
Development of Deep, Relaxed Breathing to reduced performance anxiety
